We have had lots of success in the last 5 years of showing. Far too much to list everything here so i will start afresh with our new website.
 
  • Monday 25th August, Peaches was placed 1st in Open and awarded Best Of Breed at Leicester City Canine Society. Our thanks to judge, Miss Paula Hill. (Sandaula). This is what the judge said about her:Mid gold girl with no exaggerations, feminine head, kind expression, strong neck, straight front, good spring of ribs, nice turn of stifle, level topline, good tailset, well rounded hindquarters, stood foursquare in good muscular condition. Moved effortlessly to win this class.
 
  • Saturday 6th September, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy, Junior and Novice and awardede Best Puppy In Breed at Rugeley and District Canine Society. Our thank to judge, Mrs Pauline Goodwin (Westkash). This is what the judge said about him: Nice 10 months gold, good bone, nice head, good layback of shoulder and angulation. Good bend of stifle and level topline. 
  • Saturday 27th September, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy, Junior and Post Graduate and was awarded Best Puppy In Breed at Stafford and District Canine Society. Our thanks to judge, Mrs Julie Duncan (Dunsarron). This is what the judge said about him:This young lad looked really together for his age, masculine but gentle head, dark eyes and good pigment, straightest of fronts, good bone and tight catlike feet. Good reach of neck, correct layback of shoulder with corresponding upper arm, level topline and tailset, good depth and spring of rib, strong rearquarters, well let down hocks which enabled him to drive with style and presence, standing foursquare and handled to advantage.
 
  • Saturday 11th October, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy and Junior and was awarded Best Puppy in Breed and Best of Breed at Walsall and District Kennel Association. Our thanks to judge Mrs P V Parry (Micharron) for a lovely day. This is what the judge said about him, ” Stood alone but could not be denied his first place, Lovely soft head, dark pigment, well coated puppy, Short coupled with good layback of shoulder, good topline, straight front. nice tight feet and good rear angulation, moved well.”
 
  • Sunday 12th October, Fagin was placed 1st in puppy and awarded Best Puppy In Breed at Birmingham and District Gundog and Terrier Club. Our thanks to judge, Mrs Wendy Reeves (Rheincroft)
 
  • Wednesday 15th October, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy Dog, Maiden Dog and Novice Dog. He was also awarded Best Puppy In Breed and was shortlisted to the last 7 in a super group for Best Puppy In Show at Gundog Society of Wales Championship Show!These wins also gave Fagin his Junior Warrant and Stud Book Number. Thank you to judge Mr George Hennessey (Ritzilyn) for a wonderful day. This is what the judge said about him: Gorgeous youngster in beautifully presented mid gold coat, lovely chiselled head, dark eye and pigment, reachy neck, shoulders well laid,enough front angulation, broad quarters, well bent stifles, ribs long and well sprung, good bone and feet, handled to advantage.
 
  • Saturday 25th October, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy Dog and awarded Best Puppy Dog at Midland Counties Championship Show. Our thanks to judge, Mrs Vicky Clare (Ousevale) This is what the judge said about him:Lovely balanced puppy, super masculine head with good eye shape and pigment, straight front limbs, well off for bone, good flow of neck into well placed shoulders, level topline standing and on the move, strong well muscled rearquarters, in super coat and condition, moved well.
 
  • Saturday 1st November, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy and Junior, awarded Best Puppy In Breed and won Gundog Puppy Group 2 at Grantham and District Canine Society Open Show. Our thanks to judge, Mr David Foulds and Group judge, Mrs J. Perkins (Gardenway). This is what the judge said about him:Liked everything about this lovely young dog,kindest of heads and expression, plenty of good solid bone and substance, good reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, nice level topline, powerful quarters, well bent stifle, moved with real drive, quality dog throughout.
 
  • Sunday 2nd November, Fagin was placed 1st in Puppy Dog, awarded Best Puppy Dog and Reserve Best Puppy In Show at Berkshire Downs and Chilterns Golden Retriever Club Championship Show. Our thanks to judge, Mrs Wendy Andrews (Catcombe). This is what the judge said about him: Beautifully presented puppy in good coat, loved his head, balanced outline, sound driving movement, good reach of neck flowing into level topline.
 
  • Sunday 7th December, Fagin was placed 2nd in Junior Dog at Midland Golden Retriever Club Championship Show. Our thanks to judge, Mr Malcolm Godfrey (Fenwood). This is wha thejudge said about him, ” Darker dog with a good outline, nicehead and expression, excellent pigment, good angles frnt and rear, correct tailset, in good coat and condition, moved well.”
 
  • Sunday 14th December, Fagin was placed 1st in Junior, was awarded Best Of Breed and went on to win Gundog Group 3 at Potteries and District Canine Society Open Show. Our thanks to breed judge, Mrs Pauline Wilson (Pearlbarn) and Group judge Mr Grewcock (Ryanstock) for a lovely day. This is what the breed judge said about him, “Fine upstanding young dog of good substance not long out of puppy, shown in well presented mid gold coat, handsome, masculin head with soft expression, and good pigment. Well angled throughout with correct length of upper arm, good spring of rib and plenty of heartroom, level back  with well set tail. Standing four square on straight sturdy legs and neat feet. moved with confidence and drive.”
